Other Changes
IMPORTANT: The following are non-standard charges that may be assessed to your account for non-compliance with policy, such as omitting an ASN, as well as potential charges for special requests. Please read your Terms of Service for further explanation of these and for other potential fees and charges.

Helpful information
PICK & PACK AND POSTAGE:
For each order sent out there are 2 main charges. The first is for Pick & Pack. This is our handling charge, and it is based on the number of items in the order. The second is for postage. This is what the carriers, like FedEx, UPS, USPS charge to ship your order. The charges are based package weight, dimensions, destination, and service method. Prices are subject to change. We encourage you to use our discounted postage rates, however, to use your own or a 3rd party’s carrier accounts, there is a setup fee per 3rd party account, and a $0.50 charge per label printed.
Oversize case or item picks will incur a $2
charge.
STORAGE:
Each SKU (product type and variation) needs its own storage space for accurate order picking. For long-term storage of mixed pallets, you may opt for the Mixed pallet storage rate. This is for items that are not ready for order fulfillment. Limitations apply. Keep in mind that for your products to be accessible, they take up more space than they do when shipped here, so use a ratio of about 1.5x the volume of the items for estimation.
CONTAINERS:
Container unloading is for floor-loaded containers. If stacked on pallets, regular pallet unloading rates apply.
RATES:
Service and storage rates are subject to change. Charges for other services and non- compliance may apply. Terms and conditions apply.
OTHER SERVICES:
Additional set-ups, special projects, and custom services will incur a charge based upon the job/requirement. Your Fulfillment Consultant will work through the details with you in advance.
BILLING:
Accounts are charged monthly for all services except postage. Postage is charged daily. A valid credit card must be on file. Credit card on file is charged automatically on the due date. A pro-rated Maintenance fee is charged immediately upon account setup
