Working with FlagShip Fulfillment is simple. No complicated systems, no guessing what happens next—just a clear, smooth process from day one.
1. Start With a Real Conversation
Before anything else, we take the time to get to know your business.
We’ll hop on a call (Zoom or phone) and walk through your products, your order flow and integrations, and what you actually need from a 3PL fulfillment partner.
We’ll also show you exactly how our internal InfoPlus system works, how orders flow, and what to expect working with FlagShip Fulfillment.
No pressure or hard sell. Just making sure it’s a good fit on both sides.
If it is, we move forward. If not, we’ll tell you that too, and even point you in the right direction.
2. Get Set Up
Once you’re ready, we get you fully onboarded, quickly and cleanly.
We connect your store (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) through our seamless integration tools, set up your products, and make sure everything is mapped correctly: SKUs, inventory, shipping preferences, the works.
We do this with you. Your input is key, and you’ll know exactly where things stand before anything goes live.
3. Send Us Your Inventory
We’ll show you exactly how to ship your products to us, and we take it from there. (We can even arrange for the freight, customs, and delivery.)
We receive everything, check it in, and organize it in our system so it’s ready to go.
From day one, you’ll have full visibility into what’s in stock, with full access to smooth and simple inventory management tools.
In most cases, your products are ready to ship to your customers within 48 hours.
4. Orders Flow In Automatically
The moment a customer places an order on your ecommerce platform (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, etc.) or other ordering software, it comes straight into our system—no manual work, no delays.
Everything syncs in real time:
- Orders
- Inventory
- Shipping details
- Tracking
- It just works the way it should.
5. We Pick, Pack, and Ship
This is where we take over completely.
We pick the right items, pack them carefully, and ship them out fast, cost-efficiently, and professionally. Your brand shows up on the return address, packing slip, and if you requested it, in custom packaging.
Every order is handled with precision—because your customer experience depends on it.
6. Tracking & Updates Go Out
As soon as an order ships, shipping status and tracking is automatically sent to your customer.
You stay in the loop. Your customer stays informed.
No chasing updates, no extra work.
7. We Handle the Rest (and Grow With You)
Returns? We take care of them.
Need kitting, custom packaging, or FBA prep? Done.
